These terms set out the agreement between you and Everly Invites when you use our service. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Using Everly Invites
You may use Everly Invites to create, publish and share wedding invitations for lawful purposes. You're responsible for the content you add and for keeping your account secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload — your names, photos, messages and guest details. You grant us permission to host and display that content so we can provide the service to you.
Payments
Creating and previewing an invitation is free. A one-time payment publishes your invitation and unlocks the paid features described on the pricing page. Prices are shown before you pay.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the service — no unlawful content, spam, attempts to disrupt the platform, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Everly Invites is provided 'as is', and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
